Payroll timekeeping follows the 201 file: each person's schedule and shift (Providence days 8:00β5:00), no grace period, late / undertime / absences, approved leave and OT only, and VL+SL credits left. Use this for payroll.
Activity report (old): per-person daily hours β worked time (summed INβOUT) and full-day span β plus per-person totals for the range. A missing check-out is assumed at 6:00 PM.
Leave, overtime and undertime requests filed in the app. Engineers' requests go to Jess; Jess and Jhet's to Randel; Geomar and Dann's to Louis; everyone else's to Magic (Magic can decide any). Approved items appear in the timekeeping report.

Problems the app ran into on staff phones: camera, GPS, failed uploads (punch saved on the phone and sent later), expired sessions and failed sign-ins. Use it to check claims like "the app wasn't working" β a real problem leaves a trail here with the time it happened. Logging started Oct 15, 2026.

Places staff checked in at during the last 60 days that aren't in the site list. Check the name, then add it so future and past check-ins there show the place instead of "Off-site". Homes, WFH and commute check-ins are left out. Dismiss anything that isn't a work site (a boarding house, a terminal) and it won't be suggested again.

Check-ins just outside a known site's fence. Usually someone checking in on the way or at the edge of a large campus. If one keeps showing up, ask Claude to widen that site's fence; otherwise dismiss it.

Everyone sets their own password. New accounts and resets get a temporary password that works once: the person must replace it when they sign in. Send it to them one-to-one (not in a group chat), and don't save it anywhere. Resetting signs that person out of every phone.
